About The Fund

Welcome to The Chris Lantz Memorial Fund.

Our organization is dedicated to providing support to college students who demonstrate leadership and exemplary academic achievement, are civic and community minded, maintain a physically active lifestyle and display intellectual curiosity.

It is the trustees' belief that the promise for this country will be realized through people like Chris. The goal of this fund is to assist in defraying the costs of college for outstanding college students who show the potential Chris demonstrated.

The Chris Lantz Memorial Fund is registered as a Maryland Charity and is a recognized 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions made to the fund are income tax deductible. Your contribution helps to create opportunity for advancement in education for the future leaders of our country.

With the support of our generous donors, the Chris Lantz American Excellence Scholarship and Chris Lantz Almost Heaven Scholarship can be awarded to those with the passion and excitement demonstrated by the fund’s namesake.
